What kind of person would allow this to happen to them? Screw the parents, it should be that it's someone's body so their consent is primary.

The key is that his research is correcting clitoris length in infancy - so it's solely parental consent at that point. It's a way to do horrific acts to a person without ever even giving them a choice. I have NO fucking clue why anyone does this to their child or any child.
