39 weeks pregnant this week, and I'm going in for a 'sweep' in the morning. So very nervous. Baby's size is fine, my bloods for the diabetes are great.. still don't feel ready. Which I don't see changing really. I think parents are lying if they ever say they feel totally ready for it.

Hai, love!! I've been thinking about you, wondering how you were.

I was induced with my youngest, cause she was stubborn. I went in at 8am, they started inducing at 9. By 4pm, I hadn't dilated more than 4 cm, so the doc said he was gonna break my water. He did that at 5, and also gave me the epidural. I gave birth at 9:45 that same night. So...not so bad. And the actual delivery was 20 minutes. Again, not bad, when you consider my oldest broke my water then decided to get stuck. That was 9 hours of hard labor with no drugs until they decided to do an emergency C-section...and why I waited 6 years before having another. That shit HURT!

Crossing fingers and burning candles and hoping all goes well for you. Let us know how you are, okay? And how the baby is, and all that jazz.
