There was a lot in that scene, but I wanted to capture at least some of it. I wouldn't say it was awesome writing or anything, but it was good sceneage.

Dialogue always sounds less polished when you write it on the spot in a real-time scene, rather than straight for livejournal. It was indeed good sceneage, looking forward to the next chapter of El Cuento del Cabron.

Nice polish, Ammie. :) 'Twas a fun scene to write... and at least Devony is aware that Mal is trying to be more than full of incredibly misplaced bravado.
