I will just say I had fun watching the True Blood finale as a cap to my epic 7 episode marathon. It worked for me, but yeah it was certainly bizarre. I didn't see it stamping out the notion of a higher power succinctly in that one line across the entire show and its themes, but I do see the metaphor (that it was her belief that caused her undoing) and think that it's actually great due it it being so fucked up. I'm actually really impressed by this show and it's inclusion of religion and ideas and notions of god. They entertain the idea constantly in scenes, plotlines, and characters and their own ideas and opinions. I definitely didn't see Mary Ann's conclusion as the show being like "our supernatural world has no god or gods" ever at all ever. Was that what you're saying or you just didn't like the metaphor as to how it played out with Mary Ann ( ... )

but for me... i read the books... i´m just pissed about the fact that they changed so much contrary to the books....
nothing is right.... i love the sookie from the books but on screen she is a very different woman *sigh*
and i say that not because of the whole sookie/bill/eric thing.... no... all is just so wrong!
the others shows i don´t watch, so i can not really say something about them :)

I enjoyed the treadmill scene of Psych this week. So far, nothing has topped Gus going through the lasers in the season opener, for me. That was so hilarious.
