Taking a break from my soul eating english research essay (and my God could my professor be any MORE of a bitch? Why is it that I always end up with the really bitchy mean english profs? Its no wonder I failed my first english requisite course 2 fucking times) to do an lj post. Wee!

about life:

i loved the show... both seasons... but i was really sad that they cancelled the show... it have a almost ending... but i wanted to see more....

Nice to see another (late) fan of "Life". I watch close to no TV series (there would probably be a few that would appeal to me if I gave them a try. It's mainly that I already watch so many movies so I try to consciously avoid getting hooked on TV series) but it was hard to resist "Life". You already describe much that made it worth viewing. The only other thing I additionally want to point out is that it also looks visually very appealing, many episodes, or scenes of episodes have a cinematic look. And that I wasn't able to take my exes off Sarah Shahi. ;)
Too bad it already ended. And even the first season was cut short due to the writer's strike. I had such a good idea for another whole season story arc (even though there was only one hint they may actually go in that direction one day).
I hope you won't see it as a spoiler when I mention that the second season wasn't as good as the first one, but I think that was probably inevitable. It was in my view still very enjoyable.

Oh hi! Fancy seein you round here :) before I go into the actual reply I just wanna say, about that last comment I left. I am sorry! I meant to say so sooner but school ate my life. You were totally clear btw, I was just doing 10000 things that day and my head was all over the place, so when I went to reply I was thinking "tv" when you meant movies which duh it's a movie blog XD man that was embarassing. and It must have been very confusing for you. and rude if you thought I was just disregarding what you actually wrote, which I hope you didnt think that ( ... )

re old conversation: No problem at all! It was slightly confusing but I certainly didn't consider it to be rude. :) While it doesn't necessarily apply in this case, in general I always try to keep in mind that people from all over the world with all kinds of backgrounds try to communicate with each other (often in a foreign language) so there's always room for some misunderstanding.

Yes, from what I've read, a lot of songs were replaced on the DVDs. Many episodes are still available on the net. But I can understand if you don't want to spend too much time just downloading. But in case you'd like to re-watch an ep ( ... )

Life was such a great show. I was really sad it ended. They probably could have kept going. I love the little details, like how Charlie is always eating fresh fruit. It's one I'd like to go back and watch again.
