yes but we're not on spadina anymore... we're on ontario just north of richmond now. and i'm talking about every meal, not just the ones here.... problem is, i have the worst problem with my energy level/cravings.... i can't stick to a diet, i always cheat. i did fine on atkins when i didn't have the kids, but now.... i can't get into a place where my body is comfortable with the amount of calories i want to give it, so i end up binging to bring up my energy. plus i seem to have no willpower... i know that is related to needs i'm not fulfilling nutritionally, i just can't figure out how to do it.
after 40 years of being a chick, you'd think i'd have this diet thing down pat!
Weight Watchers and a little belly dancing :) I didn't go to meetings and stuff tho because I'm not much a meeting type of girl. I have the materials in a handy email if you'd like to see it. I'm actually pretty much at goal now, I'm trying to stick between 150-152ish right now - my ideal goal is 145 but I'm comfortable where I am right now, I like wearing a 10 12 :)
that's awesome!! it would be cool to buy clothes in a regular store again.... none of my clothes fit!
