I just got out of the hospital on st patty's day after a week's stay. My blood sugar got to be around 800. I was so dehydrated they had a hard time starting an iv. I was out of my head for a bit. But I am much better now and my blood sugars are back to normal. Thank goodness. So thats where I have been,

Well here it is Three weeks into the veggie thing, and I feel pretty good. I have more energy and my blood sugars are normal. I have cut way back on the pop I only had four last week. Its been 18 days being veggie. I tried the veggie corn dogs and they are awesome. I don't miss the meat at all. I think I have lost some weight. At least K says so. I won't get on the scale till next month. I hope to stick with this. I have started to feel a little better also. And my blood sugars have come down as well.

Happy V-Day
K got through his surgery. It took longer then expected. The took out his PD cath and put in a 16in graph in his Arm. He is stuck doing the hemo. He is in alot of pain but doing well.

I am having so much anxiety K is Having surgery on Friday. It will be his third on is like six months. He has bee through so much and will go through so much afterward. It hurts me to see him after his treatments, it takes so much out of him. It scares me so. He tells me not to worry ( Read more... )

Well The Hubs and I went to the store tonight to get cookie stuff. We are going to cookies and fudge for the family Xmas. I couldn't believe how packed the store was. The baking isle was cram full of people and man were they rude. I just smiled and went on ( Read more... )
