So there's this type of vinegar-based bbq that is very popular, tho I never really encountered it until I moved here. It's called "hash" and is kinda like shredded bbq...a very fine shred. It's usually served over rice, I assume bc the texture is so, um, runny. It's not my fav, but if it's hot/spicy enough, it's not so bad
