Yikes. That's terrible. I will say that at both the Arlington Heights and Schaumburg locations I have had nothing but great service.

I am sorry to hear that you had such a bad experience. Things were very poorly handled. It has been common practice to offer free deserts instead of free meals for screw ups since the desserts generally cost less. Especially since the pizza was a replacement for the first offending dish. Now if the the pasta dish had just been replaced with one that had been newly made that is a different story
