Oh, I love this! This is exactly what I was looking for--these two bumbling, yet somehow endearing guys trying to impress each other, and weirdly bonding in the process.

Your Michael characterization is really great. I love how he has all the specifics of his fantasy planned out--Dwight the earnest discipline, Michael the indulgent master. And just in general how Michael's self-image is so different from reality, how he thinks he's casual and suave but he always comes across as desperate.

Hee, this is a great way of setting up the potential GOB-Michael connection. Both of them think they're visionaries but are actually such losers.

I also like how we only know the second character as "Bluth" for about the first half of the story--it could be Michael Bluth, depending on where we are in the AD chronology, which would make this a totally different story--but it turns out to be GOB. And of course Michael would willingly go along with the magic
