A friend of mine is there now. I'm scared she might have been on a bus when a bomb went off. I'm not sick of hearing about it until I find out if she's okay.
No reason to complain. It's a pretty tragic event, but I can understand being tired of news coverage. SO INSTEAD OF COMPLAINING, CHANGE YOU'RE SITUATION.

I understand where you're coming from but we lost many more people than they did on 9/11 and they heard about it for quite awhile. Plus, if you want to be sick and tired of hearing about something in the news be tired about hearing about the fucking Middle East...thats been going on for more than a decade, bombings, suicides, and killing. I hate that London got bombed but I would rather hear about that any day rather than updates on the Middle East's terrorist situation. **Molls :)

Well it is happening. And ignoring it isn't going to make it go away. Not saying you have to watch the news 24/7 as most of the news is just repetitive, but I hope you're not just turning your back on what's happening in the world and going "Fuck it I don't care."
For me, it hurts so much that this happened because I have so many friends over there that I've been in touch with since I moved away. The explosions on the tube... were close to home. At least, to where my friends live. It's just scary. I understand that you would rather not hear about this... but you're going to have to deal with it. They, in London, had to hear about 9/11... So I think you'll live with hearing about what happened over there.
