Pearson Vue... this must be the company with the worst customer service on record!!! I had yet another nursing student in the library to print an authorization off an email and of course her email had problems

Send an email of complaint to their head office and see if things change. Can't hurt and might help the steam issues. ;)

I advised the student to do it and I think she or her father is going to contact Pearson Vue. (She was on the phone in tears to him.)

It was just very frustrating, especially as she had paid them to administer the NCLEX. You'd think the provider would be more helpful instead of almost agressively unhelpful.
