Cranberry Salad!!!!

YUM!

Made and in the fridge just waiting for Thanksgiving day.


1 large cranberry (cherry if you can't find it) Jell-o
2 cups apples (4 apples are approximately 2 cups)
2 Oranges
2 cups cranberries
2 cups sugar
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
pecans, ground (optional)

Grind cranberries, oranges (with peel), and apples (no core).
Prepare Jell-o as directed. Add sugar and lemon juice. Let set until syrupy. Add ground fruits and stir so they don't rise to top. Pour in mold to set. Serve with whipped cream.
