and...is there gluten in Catalina? If it's the modified food starch you're concerned about, someone on the celiac community called Kraft and verified that the modified food starch in all Kraft dressings is safe :)

It's been a long while since I tried it, but last time I did it glutenized me. It's possible they have made changes since then which would be great! Thanks for telling me about that! Then it becomes a nice dish you can put together lakeside. I actually think the homemade dressing taste better though so I'll likely stick with it unless I'm pressed for time. :)

yum...looks better than that icky stuff we had for lunch. Ed microwaves frozen things..mostly they are icky but vegetarian.

Is there a substitute for Frito Honey BBQ twisty things? I don't believe I've ever seen them here?

Ahh I didn't think of that.... you can always beg your state side friends for a package.... or I'm sure you could substitute in any crunch yummy chip. I like the honey BBQ because they add a tang and sweetness.
