Glad to hear you've found the bounce in your bungee.
I find that if I sleep more than about 7-8 hours, tops, I'm a wreck. I'm tired, and kind of grumpy, and wanting a nap all darn day. But if I keep my sleep to about 7 hours or so, I'm good.
This is a fairly recent development for me, and according to my rather informal poll of People I Know who are older than me, quite common. Some of the older folks I know hardly sleep deeply at all, as though their bodies just don't really need the rest so much anymore.
I can't imagine that; I can (and have) sleep through cats fighting outside my window. Granted, the first cough from my son, and I'm UP!.. but that's different.
