Dear US Bank,

Thank you so much for suddenly (and unannouncedly, I may add) charging a monthly maintenance fee on my account. I just called the customer service hotline to find out why and how I could avoid it, and was told that if I opened a savings account and set up an auto transfer every month that it ( Read more... )

right on!!!, i got the same treatment from the home office. fees showed up backdated electronically, but not written statements for 3 months!!?? 12/13. done with them, dont you know there are other banks, what are they thinking. they need those fees to stay in the game. creeps
