My name is Pein Amatsukami. You seem to be a reasonable man, I hope you do not mind that I will be keeping what my accomplice and I plan to open... a secret. For now.
Of course... your position in the community impresses me. Perhaps I may invite you, when we open the doors, as my own personal guest?
Ah... and perhaps you might tell me the name of your secretary so that I might contact her? Your hospital is a worthy one, I do not mind doing what I can to accommodate the misfortunate.
Mr. Amatsukami if you do not wish to divulge, I will not force the issue. However, I do hope you understand that for the sake of the hospital I must be cautious with any potential benefactors.
Hn. I am but the Chief Executive of the Hospital. It is my job. Thank-you for the invitation. I will be happy to attend of course, if it is conducive to my schedule.
Mrs. Shufflebotham. Again, my thanks, Mr. Amatsukami. I intend on keeping it that way, for the benefit of my patients.
You have my word that I expect nothing in return for my contribution and that the money comes from honest work. You may check into it for yourself, if you like.
I own a prospering business in Japan, one that is branching outwards into America as we speak. It is in my name, you would have no trouble doing research on it.
My charity is extended... because the misfortunes of those you treat are not foreign to me. I dislike seeing suffering... I would like to see an end to this turmoil all together. I am but one man, I cannot do much... but the least I can do is share my prosperity and help rebuild the lives of those who have already lost so much.
I will contact your secretary. And... one more thing. I believe my accomplice has gone and unveiled what we plan to open. You might check back to the journals.
