Freak Accident

How could something so freak happen to me i am wondering... Saturday , was travelling to pick up a friend to go chill at Athena. The friend happened to be pretty so was in an unusually happy mood. My car was behind this truck full of all kinda stones...I must be driving at some 70 k per hour just behind the truck which was driving unusually fast

Oh that's so sad!
But why such a high deductible? I've never owned a car in India so I don't know how insurance works there....
Didn't you try to change lanes or something when you saw that truck was carrying rocks?

Lanes? who said anything like that existed in Bangalore...No actually I did not think of that, it would have been a great idea. High deductible coz the Windscreen alone costs 8.5k plus some plastic/glue and the other things that they are gonna take off. The dent, that slite miniscule bump in the butt of the car , they are replacing that whole part..thats another 7 k, denting painting etc.
