in the second tea, the echninacea is cut and sifted so finely that it seeps through the tea ball, and into the water, and sticks in my throat/uvula and makes me want to die! i will have to make satchels of the tea out of coffee filters, and tie them off with string. this detox has reached new levels of nerdiness

i got the book yesterday! i'm going to start in july when i get back from vactation. i started reading it already, though, and it sounds intense. i'm really excited to start it, if a little nervous.
