Please send good thoughts

My heart is broken. Annie, my cat & best friend got out on Halloween & has been missing ever since. She hasn't been picked up by Animal Control. I can't stop crying.

I'm so sorry. They often do just wander back on their own, sometimes days or even weeks later. I hope she turns up soon.

Thank you very much. Part of me believes she's making her way home right now; the other part misses her so much I can't even think. Give Bunter & Darla an extra hug tonight.

OMG!! My Dear!

Sending you positive thoughts. Strength vibes. So many hugs, you feel smothered in a good way. My heart has cracked a little for you. Cats are smart and often find their way back to where their journey began. ****hugs****

Oh Robin, thank you! Hugs & good wishes are helping. I keep trying to tell myself it's only been two days but it's been two awful days. Until now, I'd never used my computer without her in my lap or slept without her in the bed. As I told Debbie, I'm pretty sure she loves me as much as I love her so hopefully she'll find her way home. *hugs* Thanks for understanding.

She does love you greatly. It's amazing how much they can love us. I have witnessed how much a cat can love it's owner (I wish there was another word for that).

Posts some pictures on your street and the neighbourhood, if you haven't already. I will continue to think of you both. :)

Oh no! I'm so sorry to hear that! I hope she'll return soon!!!

I agree with debbie1701. Posting flyers sounds like a good idea. She is such a beautiful cat, I'm sure people would remember if they saw her somewhere.

*Big hug* and I'm keeping my fingers crossed!!

Thank you, Jasmine. I've put up flyers & visted all the area shelters. Since I got her from a shelter she has a mirco chip; I hope that turns out to be helpful. Beside being pretty, she's friendly. In my old house, she used to go in the landlord's doggy door & sit on the sink to watch him shave. I'm a firm believer in good thoughts helping, I appreciete yours. Hug Cindy extra tight tonight.

I hope and pray you will soon have Annie back with you. When our cat went missing I placed a little ad in the Lost and Found section of the local newspaper and we had a call the same night. She was living it up a couple of roads away but had had to cross a railway line to get there and was probably scared of trying the same trick to get back. Keep those positive thoughts.

*Hugs*

Your icon made me smile! I haven't placed an ad in the paper yet; that's a really good idea. I'm glad you found your cat & appreciate your positive thoughts. Thank you so much. *hugs back*

Oh dear :( I do hope she shows up soon, and that she just got spooked, or closed in temporarily. Good luck *hugs*

I like that "closed in" idea. It's Monday morning, here - maybe she'll pop out of a garage this morning & come home. Thank you for the good thoughts & the "Debbie hug." *hugs back*

That's what it has always been when our cats go missing. Usually the neighbours have had their shed open and she's gone in for a look.
