OH MY GOD that is damn cool! How was it? Going again? Was it hard??

I am _SO_ going again as often as I can. It was great. Not as hard as I thought. Turns out the few weeks of gymnastics I did in HS, the little bit of martial arts, and tri stuff all work together to make it pretty easy. It's all about body awareness, and uses lots of the same muscles as swimming. It was hard, but not terribly, although I will probably have some sore arm/shoulder/chest muscles tomorrow.
