Woohoo! Bruce Campbell is returning to my city! Coming straight to Chapters Bookstore around July 23 for his recent book-signing tour. With Dr. John playing out our local blues festivel, that's two celebrities I'll be seeing from a distance.

I'd love to meet THE Bruce Campbell just once! I say "the" BC because a telemarketer named "Bruce Campbell" once called my house at around 8:30 a.m. I should have picked up the phone (because I screen my calls) & said "Hey! You're not Bruce Campbell! You're an impostor!" & slammed down the phone, but I was barely awake.

That's funny, I met a bartender once named Kim Jong Il. Heh heh, I kid cuz I luv. That's hilarious, though, Bruce Campbell the telemarketer. I wish you had yelled at him, lol! You also could have said "He fought deadites! You fought nuthin!" But in hindsight, aren't you upset at the possibility that it was all a publicity gimmick, like a "Have lunch with Bruce Campbell after being the lucky answerer of a prank phone call" contest? You might have blown it big time!

btw, Mary, is that you again in the avatar photo? Am I wrong that you look completely different in each pic? And in each one, you get more knockout-ier and knockout-ier!
