I made my first real stab at attacking the rampant blackberries today--I decided that since they essentially own a huge chunk of the backyard, they had no right to be sending vines into one of the bushes in the front. It's tricky to tell exactly when blackberries are JUST RIPE ENOUGH. Ripe ones are fantastic, you got a slightly less-than-ripe one.

The first video has been favourited... the second... well, not favourited... How do you find these things??
