As some (most, all?) of you know I help my neighbor out who is in early dementia/alzheimer's and I go over every day to set up her pills for the next day. Well, today she talked about wanting to play CDs, and so I told her she can do it on the computer. The Clash
Currently watching a new movie on the Clash broadcast by my local PBS channel. It is called The Clash Live: Revolution Rock. It comes out in the US on April 15th. Tax Day. All sorts of live footage. I need to get the DVD and watch it on my friend's 52" LCD with surround sound. Looking forward to adding this to my collection. Leave a comment 3The Roof the roo the roof is on fire...
Well, not really. We are doing OK, there is no fire danger, or even threats of fire in my area. Other areas, that is not so. People are starting to be let back into evacuated areas. Some reports say that there are over 1000 homes lost to the fires in San Diego County. Wow. Something like 300,000 acres burned. Will update more later.New Wheels on the Block!
Hate me and my sense of humor if you must, but this is my favorite Boy Band EVER! I love their version of "Take on Me" (love them 80's tunes) and Bon Jovi's "Livin' on a Prayer"

San Diego is on fire, again. There is smoke in every direction you look from where I live, but up. Blue skies up above. So far we haven't been told to evacuate, or even consider packing up. I know what I will grab if we do. I do know at least one family that lost their home. There is an effort to house some displaced witness families locally. ( Read more... )Kashi
This is probably only for those in the States, but free snacks from Kashi. Go to Kashi.com and "trade in" your old snack for a healthy alternative. They send you a free snack. I have done Kashi free food promotions in the past and they really do send you free food.Keep it real
