So I pretty much never do these end of year things, but dammit, 2009 has been a really great year for me.  So rather than meandering through what I remember, this will at least give my ramblings some structure:

1. What did you do in 2009 that you'd never done before?
Started a PhD.  Worked for an organisation whose values are congruent with mine.

I probably spent more time talking about gay marriage than anything else. Because, well, really, fuck heteronormativity. But on the other hand, fuck outright discrimination. But really, fuck heteronormativity.
