... Okay! I've had Byakko for way longer than I probably should have had him at this point. To be honest, it sometimes feels as though I'm playing an OC, because Byakko-- didn't really get a lot of character development, Matsushita sort of wormhole'd herself before he could really have a ... I hestitate to say 'definite charcter personality' because he DOES, he does have that, but ... a detailed one? So ... there's always that at the back of my mind.
ADDITIONALLY. I've ... kind of burned out on Byakko. He's a giant tiger! So cute! ... okay, now what? I have him as a backburner right now, but he's getting pulled out less and less now that I have an actual primary (SEE: Canada, below) and if push comes to shove ... yeah, I could let him go without a lot of guilt.

MALIK
Malik doesn't want to talk to anyone. It's difficult to make him talk to people because I have so little energy and I always feel bad about making people ... thread with me. Malik is such a social retard because he just ... doesn't really .. get how to interact with normal people. It makes it really hard for me to just throw him out, because he ... is not that type! He's not just a great conversationalist.
ADDITIONALLY. ... His birthday was a couple of days ago and I meant to post about that, but then I ... didn't. Malik is another one of those characters who I love, and I love his relationships, but he's been completely overshadowed by my primary and I can't remember how to balance anymore, sob. If I dropped Malik I don't think anyone would particularly notice or care! Which ... yeah. I don't want to drop him, but eventually that time will come.

OH GOD I LOVE HIM SO MUCH, NEVER LEAVE ME CANADA YOU ARE MY FAVOURITE.
Which is to say. I was on the verge of dropping the game entirely when America apped America! And I looked at this canon and was like omg cute, and then I was like IS THERE A CANADA!? And there was. And I was like "Man, I want Canada's canon translated so I can app him" in one chan at the same time America was like "SO I'M GOING TO TRANSLATE CANADA'S CANON SO SOMEONE CAN APP HIM" in another chan.
It was fate.
Canada's app was my first finished app in over a year, and it made me love the world again. I ... yeah.
