Most of the "only in America" claims are true in the vast majority of first world countries. This is a fact that, I'm sure, whoever wrote the joke could not possibly be aware. Especially considering say, number 9, which would be immediately obvious to anybody who realised that there are countries other than America where English is the dominant language. I have heard there's even one called England.

I'm sure that this completely ruins the joke and has stifled any possible guffaws you might draw from it in the future. I suggest that you make up for this be posting photos of horse cock dissections and Sally Struthers. Preferably in the same photo.
