What's up guys! It's been a long time since I've posted. I've been extremely busy with a lot of things lateley. I've decided to change careers and that's been taking a lot of my time. Hmmmm since your real estate investor - will or have you taken an interest in getting a realtor's license? I mean I know its the other end of the spectrum but I can't help to think it would be beneficial.
My mom's x-husband is in that field so to speak. His employer buys old buildings. Then the rehab them. Throw them out to be rented to low income housing recipients, Which gets the city to pay the high rental costs and in three yrs turns them around and sells them as condos.(so the city basically gets to pay for all the fixing up that was done.) Uhhhhh I think thats how it goes. I dont really speak to him because well he cheated on my mom. There's more to that story but hey its in the past.....
