a wee white boy got abducted on ma street last night by 5 asian boys. they bundled him into a car then beat him to death and dumped him outside celtic supporters club. read it on the internet.

thats fuckin horirble, beating ppl to death, and a fuckin rascist attack aswell. fuckin makes me sick. the guys who done it should be sliced.

so, my new plan is to build up, and last night was the start, i ate all this protein stuff to help muscle growth, and im gonna work out more and im gonna put on some weight so i can be uber fit. i just wanna have a good working body ya know, strong and muscular. hope it works, this is an action plan, yussss.
