I've been stareing at my computer for something like 10 hours straight now trying to figure out a problem with the new version of our backup software. At the moment, the vendor is being less than helpful, they just don't seem to get the concept of "my backups haven't worked for 24 hours". I figure if I'm lucky I'll get out of here around 7 -- not
