Background:
Although he was born into a noble family, Sora doesn't share the same mentality as his contemporaries. Power, prestige, and wealth meant little to him; what he longs for was a freedom that is virtually nonexistant for the upper class elites. On a chance encounter he was able to follow his father, who was a diplomat at the time, to the city ruins underground. The grotesque picture of destitute came alive right before his eyes. A picture that should only be a make-believe realm of the evils in fairytales surrounds him, and yet, the initial dose of fright he felt is quickly replaced by adrenaline. The sneers and cries of the poor sounded like bells of freedom to his ears, and the scent of smoke filled his lungs with raw exhiliration he has never once felt in his life until now.
Upon his return to the upper stratum, Sora tirelessly collected what little tidbits of information he could get his hands on as he plans to escape from the enslavement of this dull, pampered life. He eventually does so and is hence disowned by his father as a result. He left all that he owned and wandered on the streets idly. Over time, he realized that mindless freedom was not what he wanted. Some weeks later Sora befriends a group of homeless thugs who introduced him to Air Treck. It was much like the usual rollerblading he perfected as a child but these thugs customized their own and took the game to a whole new level, with gangs competiting for parts and turfs, as well as the eight acclaimed titles of the "Road Kings".
According to inside sources, Mr. Takeuchi was carried back to the upper city four years after he left for the underworld. He was said to be severely injured, to the point where he would no longer be able to use his legs. They were just going to dispose of his body like they would for any other thug, but word got around and his real identity was revealed. Mr. Takeuchi has since rejoined his family and his inheritance restored, as his parents knew that he could no longer venture down to the forbidden realms again.
Important! Most nobles (resourceful + some military personnels excluded) are oblivious of the fact that Sora was into A-T and got injured from that. However, they are aware of the fact that he was disowned and later sought back into the Upper city in ruins though.

His heavy eyelids fluttered weakly as the blood loss from his badly injured forehead dripped down, clouding his vision, staining everything with a tint of red. Has he reached the end of his road? Does sky really have a limit?
While his mind pondered on, his body quietly gave way and acknowledged the loss. The deadness of the night engulfs everything around him, threatening to drain what little is left of his life out of him. With the last ounce of energy, Sora smiled deviantly, his lips uttering incomprehensible words.

His thoughts were interrupted by the scattered footsteps approaching from behind. A big hand got a hold of his collar and pulled his dying body up, his face just high enough for the officer to get a good look. "This one's pretty much done for," the officer snickered as he ordered his subordinates to survey the surroundings. Sora was promptly dropped on the floor again after the inspection is done, but to his surprise, the officer returned again minutes later. "Would you... happen to be Takeuchi's..."
Before he got to answer, Sora felt the same forceful hands carrying him off.
Other facts of interest:
Sora is from the Kansaiban in the manga, and for RPing purposes, he will also have a fairly strong Texan accent. Unlike the RPer, he is good natured and can be ridiculously profound at times. And he has three dogs. =P
