What do you do?

What do you do when you've given up on everything? What are you suppose to live for when you've given up on love? What is suppose to happen after you no longer have any hope? I HAVE NO CLUE. And currently no one is helping me. I've got to figure this all out on my own. And it's a bit overwhelming. I haven't slept more then 3 hours a night for like
