14 years of skating without a major injury and today, while doing almost nothing, going slowly through the cones backward, I clipped my wheel and landed my ass on my ankle, which happened to be in an awkward position. yes yes - am waiting on neighbor to get home to take me to ER. sucks. really really fucking hurts - even with ice. Swelling won't go down. :(
