Here's the answers to your questions.
Yes the sash is detachable , It's 12 inch at the waist ( which is why you need the sash, to give it that runched look.) and 13.8 inch at the hips.
And yes I do do meetups. Prefferably at east sides like pasir ris, paya lebar and sorts . But if you live inthe west we could meetup after the O levels on the 11th in town ?
