Title: Everything Stops
Characters: Marat Safin/Dinara Safina
Rating: NC-17
Disclaimer: Work of fiction. Never really happened.
Warning: Incest!
Summary: Marat needs to do something, but this was what he had been trying not to do.
Author's Notes: Takes place after Marat's final match in Paris.

It was time to say what he'd promised himself he'd say in the first round, when it had looked like he might go down to that Frenchman, on the last night he remained part of the world she was still trapped in. )

Now that is called walking a fine line.

Yet somehow it works? O.o

idk. I'm still sort of shocked I read it, but certainly the begining with her fighting on while her back is fucked and him trying to make her see reason. Painful reading but wonderfully written. Hope it isn't like that for real >.

This struck me as being pretty realistic. Dinara strikes me as a fascinating contradiction of strength and fragility and I think you captured that here quite well. Very well written with a good insight to the characters and a very intriguing read. Thank you for sharing.

It's the second story concerning Dinara and Marat that way that i read and i always find it weird when i actually enjoy those . They are both full of contradictions which makes them both fascinating , there's this mystery surrounding them individually but anyway i'm glad you allowed yourself to go down that road ;)

I, too, had read a single Marat/Dinara story before this, which honestly struck me as too simplistic; to me, sexual or not, their relationship is going to be complicated, and that always makes for writing and reading. Anyway, thanks for reading.
