Ok, so This week has been insaine. Sunday my friend Stephani and I looked at houses to rent. We found a BIG ass house in Pasadena that has 4 bedrooms and a full sized loft. the house is cheap, but it comes with problems such as no smoke detectors, splotchy paint and no washer and dryer. (among about 6778 things) We put in a contract and are waiting

even though the house has problems, it seems like it'd be worth it! I hope you guys are able to get it!!! and you can always install smoke detectors after the contract goes through. Check craigslist for the washer and dryer - my sister in law found a set for $25 (and they're not even crapped out or anything)!
