Last week in Toronto there was a man laying on the sidewalk with the saddest look in his eyes, covered in feces. It was awful. It was such a hot day that you could literally smell him from a city block away. No one helped him. I didn't want to get anywhere near him in fear of getting crap on me.

When something needs cleaning real bad, but you just can't get close enough to get the job done: Well, that's what a hose is for. DRENCH THE HOMELESS!

I thought Canada had good mental health care. Sounds like this guy could use it...
