i woke up this morning and i decided to pose the question why do people settle? why do people just give up looking for something better and just settle down with something that is just easier for them instead of something better? there is always something better out there. I dont really understand the concept cause in the end your not happy at all

i think because deep down they are scared that perfect person isn't out there. i could be with someone and dislike things, but also love other things. what if i just left every single guy that wasn't absolutely perfect and in the end never find "the one". because honestly... how do u really know that guy is out there?

The perfect person is the person you're willing to work for. No relationship is going to be smooth sailing no matter who your with. It will always take work, and if your not willing to work for it, then why be with that person? I guess there can be a perfect person but certainly not a perfect relationship.
