Saeunn, may I have use of one of the permanent BBQ pit areas on Saturday afternoon for a cooking experiment? I want to make the meatball-apple thingies on a spit. Of course people are welcome to watch, help, taste. You can schedule it as a demo if you like. Thanks.

Hi Juana - Let me check with Rose, as she requested the pits on Saturday for cooking stuff and I don't know what her schedule is..

I'm happy to share with Rose if she has space.
I want to try the spit roasted and battered meatballs that are done with a parsley infused batter so they look like apples. I saw pictures of some done in the kitchens at Hampton Court and they inspired me :-)
