I ask Paul and Jennifer the designers they where a bit tight lipped at the process but I believe its hat felt with leather thats been sealed with several coats. Other than that they kept the process under wraps.

I felt the Australian sun hat could be and everyday hat and the Skadjer hat could be for special occasions ^.=.^ I'll have to let Jennifer and Paul at Organic Armor know it was a success and you where blown away ^.=.^ Jennifer says the shoelaces are removable
