"Our history in the time of MILK" was a panel of gays, lesbians, and trans people who lived in Louisville during the 1970's and I'm so privileged to have witnissed it. I wish I had decided to record it, either by typing some of it down or taping it, but oh well

That's very interesting! I heard that during the 1970s there was a gay club in the shopping complex where the Kroger on Hurstbourne near Shelbyville is. I don't know if there's any truth to it, but apparently they were kicked out because of noise violations or something. Go figure.
