Probably my two favorite Halloween costumes seen around the net this year: Princess Vader and Victorian TARDIS. Really, someone needs to put together a multiyear rundown of TARDIS costumes, because there have been so many fabulous incarnations thereof.

I need to buy plane tickets in the next couple of days (really, I should've done it weeks ago), but I'm having trouble deciding whether or not to be in Jersey City for Thanksgiving or not. Rec: "Death of Spider-Man" motion comic
I've been skeptical to derisive of the entire motion comic genre since comics publishers first tried to make it a Thing a few years ago. It has now been so long since I went to New York that it’s only the same amount of time again that I’ll be back in New York, but damnit, I wrote this trip write-up and so you’re gonna get it whether you like it or not. Well, not that you actually have to read it or anything.

Midnight in Paris
Spent Sunday away from the 'net, which was a particularly good thing as my anxiety has been skyrocketing these past few weeks. E. and I went to see Midnight in Paris at the little, plush-seated, one-projector theater near his apartment, the perfect venue for a film about a guy time-travelling back to the 1920's Paris art scene.
