I never made it to Krissy’s wedding. That morning I was to do a “Brick Workout”, basically go for a sizeable bike ride followed by a nice run. I took a header on the bike and broke my left arm near the elbow. I had surgery to put two screws in to allow it to heal properly. Not fun. I missed some
