       I dunno so everything in the past two weeks have made me all pissed off. I'm so tired of being here ALLL the time.  The only time I go out is to go to school. I cant take all the bitching that has been goin on and everyone always haveing to say shit about me. Everytime I eat something Ernie has to call me fat or tell me i need to start

Did you get her insurance information? if you didn't you should and also, don't let her tell you how much you're going to pay her, have some one either from your insurance company or a body shop mechanic to assess the damamges before you pay her anything. She's probably trying to rip you off. Do you have her phone number or her address? From your side of the story it doesnt sound like you could have done too much damamge, you were only going in reverse, how hard could you possibly hit her? Have some one else take a look before you pay her that money. If she lives near by tell her you want to come and take pictures of the damamge. Don't just give up and pay her, she's taking advantage of the fact that you're young and you don't want to get into trouble so you'll just pay her. call me if you need help with all that.

I love you, keep your head up. I lived there longer than you've been there so I know how it is. The only thing I can suggest is, get an after school activity so you dont have to be home all the time.
