i have class in macon on saturday, and i’m hoping i’ll be out of there by the early afternoon so i can get to annie’s earlier. i’m staying with annie saturday night and spending sunday with mark. i love atlanta. it seems like i go up there every year around this time to visit my friends. i absolutely love it.

however, i can’t nap. i’ve still got this bibliography to finish. i worked on it some yesterday, so that’s definitely better than nothing. it’s not that it’s a hard thing to do; i’m just lazy as hell. i procrastinate like nobody’s business.

within the past few days, i’ve listened to the gossip a lot more. if you haven’t heard this band yet, i highly suggest you give them a try. beth ditto is effing amazing. her vocals at times remind me of a more rockin’ janis joplin. go listen to “your mangled heart” (the subject of this entry is from it). it’s AWESOME!
