It worries me most that they haven't said that they asked him to relinquish the weapon, as I'm pretty sure SWAT is required to do even in no-knocks. Someone correct me.
Sadly, I've come to expect this kind of horseshit out of Arizona. I can't exactly say I have any respect for authority nowadays, save the kind that fear of loud, armed men inspires. Not good.
