That guy is crazy, it's funny how he has been talking down and saying some questionable things about BP all of this time, but now that he has almost uttered a slur, now people want his head. I'm just really sad about the quality of candidates this election year, and the war on women's health is just exhausting. What makes it even more frustrating is that the majority of people discussing it will never experience the risks, involved with pregnancy. It makes me not want to vote, but the thought of someone like him making it into office, makes voting an absolute necessity.
We're making such strides in gay rights, and now this jackass wants to go back and take something archaic like contraception and wage war on them? Fuck that.
And yeah- despite wanting to 'not vote', too many people in our generation DON'T, or vote without knowledge of the candidates policies. Every vote really WILL count when the older generation drops out of the polls.
I'm convinced it's all about taking attention off the main issues. People like him are just feeding into religious doctrine. There's nothing wrong with religion, I'm christian. However I believe the church and state should remain separate for good reason. Mr. Ass-foam is blurring the lines big-time.
You would thing someone like him would be singing the praises of contraception, I mean it's very existence reduces the amount of abortions. If it were more affordable and wide spread, especially in poor communities, the abortion rate would drop. Why attack it instead of educating the public? Oh wait, I forgot that sex is evil, unless it's between a man and women with the specific purpose of procreating. Silly me, only whores would want to have risk free sex. That hurt to type.
