Falsepositived by the Credit Card Antifraud bots (again)

Notes:

  • If anything the robot voice reading out the urls of people I bought things from was even more indecipherable than normal. I think she would be more comfortable if I actually used my credit card to shop physically in actual meatspace or something. It was so indecipherable I had to press the button to be transferred to India.

Our antifraud thing went off last week when Eddie accidentally tried to use the credit card in the bank's ATM. Hilarity ensued. The poor credit card service rep had old account info for us, one that didn't have our updated email address on it, and we updated that something like 6 months ago. No amount of reminding her that we received an email alert at the NEW address calmed her down. I thought she was going to faint, she sounded so nervous.
