...is that you stop the development webserver using ctrl+break. And break requires fn+pgdn here on my notebook. And the fn key hasn't been working since I installed Windows 7 on it :P
And Ctrl-C does now work, after I uninstalled the keyboard driver and let windows resinstall it on reboot...along with fn-Pdgn which is now also working again. The fn key combinations for the numpad keys still don't do anything.
So I really don't know what was going on there or whats still up with my keyboard drivers. If I'd been running msys at the time it would have made sense, since I know the shell for that screws up CTRL for me. My fingers clearly have an intermittent failure mode.
