Other than the italian sausage, I would switch it for like American jimmy dean's hot breakfast sausage, it does actually sound pretty good. Its like a super quiche or something. I was sitting in the living room on the phone to my mother and the food network was on television. The guy (no idea who he was) placed bananas in a pan and starting heating them up in brown sugar. That caught my attention. After I hung up the phone, I came back to the computer to find out what he was cooking, apparently it was crepes. Well, we tried that the other day. Something went wrong, our crepes were more like tortillas than crepes. It was still really yummy though.
